Unity Project Proposed Site Plan

This is the proposed site plan for the new Unity Project - the Future Home of Victory Christian Church!  In this site plan, there are a couple key areas that have been color coded for your reference.  Phase I will be getting the site to stone for the following areas:

• Entrance Road from Transit Rd (Highlighted in BLUE)
• Primary Parking Lot (Highlighted in YELLOW)
• Rough Estimate of Footprint of new building, subject to change according to Blueprint drawings not yet completed.  (Highlighted in RED)

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED WITH THE UNITY PROJECT?

Your prayers for God's favor in this project are not only appreciated, but very necessary.  Together, we need to focus our prayers on the following areas:

1 - Favor with Town Officials - as this project advances, we will be working with more and more officials - We want God's favor every step of the way.

2 - Wisdom with our finances that God has given us. 

3 - Favor with Financial Institutions IF we need to go that route.  Certainly our desire is to be good stewards with the finances God has given us, and that means paying cash instead of loans, but we want God's favor on every aspect of this as well.

Our first step is 'Getting to Stone' - once completed, we will have gravel fill for the access roads and the first parking lot area.  There is a lot of work to be done for this first phase, and a lot of prayer required.  We are working on new or alternative construction methods, including the use of recycled concrete and recycled blacktop - there is a substantial cost savings by using recycled materials!
